Accurate and fresh. Gabriel did an amazing job making sure my order was correct and went above and beyond to assure I had everything my family needed. Thank you Gabriel and staff for making it a great experience!

We ate in, the building was freezing cold. But the food was good and the staff was friendly. We had Long John Silver's which was made fresh

The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There often isn't anyone at the register for several minutes. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, just waiting, after the person at the register walked into the back without acknowledging me after taking multiple other orders. I was the last in line after those people. So I waited at least 10 minutes before even being able to place my order. This visit my order was nearly missed. I heard someone in the back, when asked about my already paid for order, that "We don't have it". I waited over 15 minutes for my Long John Silvers order today. I understand that they cook them to order, but it's usually about 7 minutes. All in all it took over 25 minutes from when I walked in until I got my food. There was no apology or offer to make up for the extended wait.

Thanks for the very generous amount of overcooked fish and "crumbies". I didn't realize requesting fish at 8:17pm was such a bother. I'll make sure to order it earlier in the day to save you the inconvenience.
